Australia delivery options (orders shipped Monday to Friday excluding public Holidays)
Delivery charges are per order
An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

- NSW/ACT 4 working days
- QLD 2 working days
- VIC 5 working days
- SA 5 working days
- WA/TAS 7 working days
- NT 5 working days
* Orders $100 and over are shipped freight free Australia wide. * Orders below $100 incur a $15 freight charge.

To the best of our ability all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a card with details of where to collect your parcel. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, Australia Post will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address. We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given.
However we will not be liable for non-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
Stark Inc. is currently looking into facilities that will allow us to ship internationally. If you are an international customer and wish to be notified when international shipping is available please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All parcels are dispatched from our warehouse in pristine condition having been carefully packaged to protect their quality.
Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the condition of your order on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible (and no later than 7 days) following receipt of your package.
If an incorrect item has been sent by us, we will organise to collect and replace the item. The item must not be opened or tampered with in any way, or a full refund cannot be given. When you contact our office we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
Please choose your purchase carefully as Stark Inc. will not be able to accept returns if you simply change your mind.
For health reasons, we cannot accept any item for return that has been tampered with in any way (i.e. opened and/or sprayed). If you would like to return your purchase, a re-stocking fee of $15.00 plus return postage cost will apply. We will forward you a Return Authorization Form, which must accompany the item back to us. The item must be carefully packaged, so that it comes back to us in perfect condition (the box and packaging material sent with your item would be perfect for this). Once the return is with us, we will contact you to discuss the next course of action.
If you have been asked to return goods to Stark Inc, we ask that you include the box and inner packaging. Bottles without packaging will not be accepted (excluding cellophane).
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online. If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. We're sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made at a retail location may not be returned or exchanged to Stark Inc. Online.
